Cakesmash

It's a tradition that came over from America. You can book a cakesmash photo shoot for your child's first birthday. For example, to use the photos for a birthday card or invitation to the party. A cake smash is of course a nice moment to reflect on the birthday of your baby, who suddenly isn't so baby anymore.

You can choose which styling you want. From Miffy, airplane, basic natural to a completely personalized background. Everything is possible. What suits your child and what do you like?

We take the photos about two weeks before your child turns 1 year old, and you will receive the photos within 2 days. You indicate in advance which background styling and which cake you want and whether we take the photos in the studio or at an outdoor location. We plan the photo shoot based on your child's sleeping times, preferably before the first nap. We take pictures and portrait of your child before we put the cake down. Tip: bring a set of clean clothes to the shoot

For the cakesmash photo shoot we work with cakes from Bakkerij Timmer on Texel. You can choose from two different types of cakes: a naked cake and a cupcake cake. You can of course indicate whether you want whipped cream in color or fruit as a topping. I will ensure that the cake is present at the photo shoot. You can choose the cake topper yourself on the day of the photo shoot.
